Maybe a broken engine, gearbox or transfer box mount?
They can cause very bad vibrations!
Either that or a diff? I'd think that would change if you took the props off though

Possibly wheel bearings or wheel balance
Does the vibration come through the steering or brake pedal
Is it all the time or just under braking or coasting ?

Probably diff, props or transmission then, have you had the oil out of any of them?

In fact i would check all the mounts first, including suspension mounts. Has anything been modified in any way. Uprated or stiffer mounts will transmit more noise and vibration

If you have free wheeling hubs, compare the difference when in lock and free modes.
If the vibrating stops in free, it's probably your front diff!
It would be worth jacking the truck up and wiggling the wheels to check the kingpin bearings are ok as well

If its an engine mount that is gone it is hard to tell with it still fitted, best to take the weight of them with a jack under the sump/engine hoist and pull one out at a time to look at.
