Converting SJ413 to pick up

Hi Guys,
Any tips on how to convert a SJ413 to a pickup, are there any products available to extend the cab slightly? Or has anyone got a spare hardtop flaoting round they dont want.

see my post in builds thread! Its a rear door from a tin top with a metal roof and a bit of welding trickery to get it to fit!
