Suzuki Sticker

I recently got this from ebay, Its the first 'sticker' I've seen to advertise SJ's so I had to buy it, I had a good chat to the vendor and he was a nice bloke. He told me the sticker originated from Hermans in Deventer, Holland, Where he used to go buy sj413's and bring them back for retail in the uk:-
He sid (in an email to me) I used to be one of the naughty boys that brought Soft Top 413 QX / QJX's in from Holland back in the day. Machon Bank Motor Company in Sheffield and Glen Garage in York, (the latter are still Suzuki dealers), had a few off us. Unfortunately we also brought in a few other cars from South Africa via Spain which offended the Authorities big style, (trade with South Africa was banned at the time), and I was forced into respectability after that. I do have a couple of large size 1988 Dutch SJ413 brochures listed though. My ex-wife had a Silver 413 Soft Top with some very dodgy stick on Spanish graphics which originally came Right Hand Drive from Hermans in Holland, but I have never owned an SJ myself, but they were great vehicles and the real deal off-road.
Which I thought was brilliant, he also said There was a lot of importing of SJ413 soft tops from Italy as well, but the Dutch were the biggest between 1985-87, I've neever seen an italian (or dutch) SJ here in the uk although I know there must be a few about, I guess it would be hard to tell now because a lot of the 85 -87 SJ's have had the graphics removed, although if you do have a 413 from 85 -87 it's probably going to be an import because suzuki didn't bring the UK 413 till around 87.
