I use them all. Mostly farmer, though I tend to call it the forklift and do it with my other hand.
There's three ways of doing things:

The right way,

And my way, which is like the wrong way but faster.

Yeah my van has arm rests. Elbow on door and hand on wheel then left elbow on armrest and hand on gears. :rockin:

sounds exactly the same as my dad in his van :lol:

tell you what though when he goes down the back roads and muddy tracks he gives it a good old thrashing, i feel like im in a rally car when that happens :hahaha:

i would say i drive like the racing driver but i dont go as quick as one :lol:
