sj sport 1.6 gearbox same as 1.3 sammi?

as i source most of my parts of a sj sport at my local breaker this is what i want to have the gearbox off, would it fit different gearing etc?

The Suzuki SJ has never come with a 1.6 as standard? so I would imagine it is just using the original gearbox with either an adapter plate or with a few mods?

scott is right and the sammy sport just had a slightly different 1.3 engine
The gearboxes are interchangeable, but the Samurai gearbox is a slightly different ratio to the 413 box I think

Nice one, it says on there site it's a 1.6 altho my engine does look identical.

It may have had a 1.6 engine put in it then...
Where the engine meets the gearbox on the exhaust side it will have the engine capacity on it
It will either be 1298cc, 1324cc, or 1590cc

Turns out they wan't 120 quid plus vat
Soo they can keep there box.. Aha
