Starter SJ4 HELP needed

I took my starter motor off earlier because it was working propley after a day at pay and play. stripped it down cleaned with wd40 a resembled. On trying to start the car it dosnt turn over it just makes a buzzing noise and the light on the dash lights up Any ideas

sounds like it might of got a bit stuck just hit it with a long pole whilst someone else is turning the key in the ingtion ;)

might work might not but it worked on mine :smokin:

ill try that is it possible that i have over tightened the long bolts that hold the starter together
