how do I grease my prop shafts?

I was told by the guy who MOT'd my zuk that my prop shafts need greased as there was some play in them, so how do I remove the old grease and how much new grease do I need to put in them?

there should be a nipple on the slide end.

yes there is, but how much do i put in and how do i get the old stuff out?

putting new in will force the old out. Remove the rubber boot around the slide and fill it untill it comes clean out of there.
