sj throttle cable to short to webber carb

hi guys im new to the site im after a bit of help ive just brought a sj but the throttle cable was naffed so i had go a second hand one and it seems to short for my webber car as its making the throttle stick on it was removed from another anus thats also had a webber fitted could enyone help ??? cheers shane :D

I believe bicycle cables work well for this. Maybe worth taking it to the bike shop to make sure it has the correct nipple for the pedal end. If I remember correctly the carb end is just a clamp for the cable outer and a screw on nipple.

As Darrell said bike cable works, a rear brake cable is long enough but the nipple will need filing to fit the pedal

Jimny 1.6 not as good as an SJ but still good
