Hi just brought a new set of mud tyres just wondered if you guys but tubes in them ??

You can but shouldn't need to. 99% of tyres are tubeless nowadays.

I put a tube in a tyre of mine after it had an accident in my garage, it involved a nail through the sidewall - doh but the tube cured it

The trouble you can get into, without even leaving the garage.

I know I was only moving my surplus rims around and apparantly where i wanted to stack them was the same spot where a section of plank with an upright nail was residing,

Do'h, springs to mind.

I know a few folk who picked up cheap alloys but the beads and inside edges were too corroded to get a seal. Just put tubes in. Did for a second set of wheels.

my bro is a tyre fitter and wen i first bought the anus his first word to me was tube them tyres
and every wkend iv took it out iv had to go to the garage to get a seal done on a rim first
one by one lol
3 have gone so far so 1 left naw thatl be next time i plan on taking it out :lol:
i aint tubed them thou didnt have any tubes ther :argh:

i had tubes in my last truck.. when i reversed the rims i ripped a valve out every now an then
if in doubt, FLAT OUT!

mans tool kit > duct tape, wd40 and a bfh is all you ever need
