Hi Everyone, Got Some Play In Pinion Of Rear Diff And Was Just Wondering Has Anyone Else Had Problems In This Area, And Whether It Deteriorates Fast Or Just Leave It Until A Later Time?

Ye I had that problem its called a pinion bearing well I just replaced it when I noticed it so I ordered it from Suzuki it was only a couple of quid but it was a Fuc**r to get out

To do the job properly you need the 2 pinion bearings a new crush collar and oil seal. The diff also needs to be stripped and the backlash Set up properly. Where in the country are you I can rebuild diffs.

sorry to revive an old thread but could anyone tell me the prices and part numbers for the bits required when changing the pinion bearing and seal. have had a good search but cant find too much about it. thanks
