Ok, let the critisism commence.
I was a wee bit lazy when i did my su conversion. Maybe i never capped off some of the old vac advance pipes properly. And might not have sorted the rocker breather out. Never bothered moving the su vac advance.
Well today was the day it all failed. Finished work at 13:15. Got it to tick over and left work at 14:30.
Pure laziness on my behalf. All the old pipes that i had just bodged together to make it run and always said "i'll do it properly layer" had finally given up and it was sucking air in all over the shop.
All for the sake of one hour! Spent an hour at it when i got in and shes now ticking over at 800rpm sweet as a nut. Took her for a spin lot more responsive. Pulls better. Sounds deafening!
Let this be a lesson to me. I apolgise for being such a tool!
