I know the cooling of the brakes will be alot better but is there actually any benefits? and how would you control the balance of the brakes? the braking force is supposed to be 60% front 40% rear right?

and surely if i was to fit disc conversion to my zuk id be getting 50% front and rear? wouldnt that just cause me to spin out on a slippery road?

The main reasons im doing it, is because discs are alot more reliable and easier to work on than drums. Also if you need to remove the half shafts you dont need to remove the brake lines. Making it alot quicker to change the rear wheel bearings.

My 413 has some sort of bias valve on it as standard, plus i have vitara lwb calipers and vented discs on the front. So hopefully it should work out quite well. If not you can get after market bias valves, so you could adjust it to suit your setup.
