Hey guys, i tried to remove my front clip the other day, but i couldn't get any of the screws holding it on to come loose :argh: . what is the best way to remove them? I was thinking I might have to drill them out, and tap new threads in the hole  , but is there a better or easier way to remove them?
I guess an impact driver wouldn't work as there's not enough backing on the screws to take the impact. Any help on this would be greatly apreciated

Most of the ones in mine came out quite easily. Just had a problem with the ones in the door hinges. So i welded a old socket piece to them and undid them with a ratchet.

For door hinge screws use a chisel, hammer it into the edge to make a small groove and then give it a hit at an angle and it usually loosens them off, all the ones I have done came off like that.

All the other 10mm bolts should come out quite easy, a few might snap though

I just used a impact drive on mine, type you hit with a hammer.

For the non-hex stuff I used alsorts. Some of it could be done. A few I had to drill out or cut the heads off then wind the leftover out with mole grips.
