Are there vent holes between sump and rocker head on G16A?

I have an 8v Santana Vit that is developing crank case pressure leading to an oil leak from the sump oil pan. With the dipstick removed the crank vents and does not leak. I have removed and cleaned the PCV.
Is there a vent hole or holes running through the block that might be blocked leading to a buildup of crank case pressure?.
The valve cover is venting ok. I have vacuum at the oil filler cap.
There was a huge amount of crud and rubbish under the valve cover when I removed and cleaned it.
Really appreciate any advice
Thanks

Have you checked that all the sump bolts are torqued up? have you fitted a new sump gasket?

Yes
They are there to allow the oil to drain down to the sump.
There's quite a few and if they blocked you would have serious oil pressure loss, so I assume they are fine.
