I'll be honest, most of the people on this forum are from the UK, and in the UK we never had the diesel engine option, we went from the leaf sprung, single point injected petrol samurai (to 1996) to the jimny (1996 onward) & we were never offered a diesel. I can only imagine your best bet is finding out what other cars use that same engine, have a look at a parts list to see if the parts you need are identical, then ordering through Renault or check your local motor factor and see if they stock the bits for a Renault.
Sorry I couldn't be more help!

You know the engine model, so you could use that to track down the parts for that engine from Renault perhaps.

Bummer, i don't speak the native language so well, so i have to stick to english speaking forums....but they don't sell my car in those countries. i have found a ton of links in Eastern europe for this model.
No other cars use this particular engine. The F8Q is used on the clio, megane and kangoo, but not with the 284 suffix. so it is risky to order parts from other F8Q's as i have no way of knowing what small changes they made. suggestions???

they told me to contact Suzuki dealership. i can get parts from Suzuki, but at a very high price. i am hoping to find some aftermarket manufacturers, but that might not be possible.

I have replaced the same parts that you’re looking for, some were from Renault Clio 2 and some from Renault Kanguu 1.9. They are cheaper and easy to come by.
Take a very good look at the engine's head, one the side that has the longer hole, see if the wall is wide enough, if it is not you will have to fill it . Do not forget to replace all bolts.

what year anus do you have?
it seems strange to me that the Head Gasket would break on a 2004 motor...but i am the third owner, so there is no way to know how my anus was treated prior to myself.
how about you? why did your break?
thanks for the info.
