engine swap

does any 1 know if a fourtrak engine wil fit in my sammi 413 as a mate of mine is scrapping his daihatsu and said i can have the engine if i want it and if it will fit is there any reason i shouldnt putit in? cheers damo

It will properly fit but itS the weight ratio the fourtrack engine is like 2times as heavier than the sj engine if u want diesel best option is a 1.7 Isuzu engine or 1.9 pug

Although the fourtrack engine is a good one, its far too big and heavy to fit in an SJ.
