Re: handbrake on 410
I was recently told there is a rubber bung at the back of the drum, remove it and you should be able to adjust it up with a screw driver

Re: handbrake on 410
I have been adjusting it using this hole but its still not working
Perhaps it need new pads I'm not sure all I want to do is undo the big 27mm nut so I can look in side but I can't undo it

Re: handbrake on 410
Havnent tried the cable yet
how can I do this ?
I tried undoing the nut this way but nothing happened except I hurt my hand
Just put some wd 40 on the nut
I don't have a impact driver tempted to drive it 2 miles and borrow my bosses workshop as he has all sorts of tools plus a 2 post car ramp

Re: handbrake on 410
there is a little notch in the shaft the nut screws onto, and the nut has a little ding punched in it to prevent it from coming loose when in action. you will have to bend this back to be able to undo the nut, the easiest is to get a flat screwdriver that fits nicely in the groove on the shaft, and wack it in with a hammer to straighten the ding in the nut, hope this helps, else I will take a pic after work of my t box on the bench to show you
It's not a question of how much you spend on your suzuki, but when your money will run out
