Has anyone got or has come accross a writeup on fitting defender arches at all?
i look through here and searched but not really had anything (although my searching skills are quite limited)

I fitted a set to my old SJ and it's dead simple. Just size them up on the arches, drill holes and bolt on. Takes minutes. Or in my case about 2 hours

I just put mine on with self tappers, didn't even drill any holes first.
