The copper/brass colour metal one? I think i just used a long pokey screwdriver and gently tapped it under the edge of the cap with a hammer

I tried that and it just won't budge. Bigger pointy thing and bigger hammer maybe.

I'm not too fussed on freewheel hubs. Any i've come across i've been selling. Easy money.

I know, i know. If i come across another set i might fit them and see how MPG goes up.
The £100 quid i can get for them helps a helluva lot with buying other parts though.
