so we have won this trailer off of ebay and i will be picking it up next weekend, the plan is to fit a lightboard with 13 pin plug to plug into the zuk, going to paint it with the same red as that is on the zuk, and going to make a top for it to make it a bit taller so that we can use it for camping until the caravan is built, what do you all think?
here are pics..

Ideal! But why bother with a 13pin plug? I'd just use a 7pin. Its only a trailer and atleast with a 7pin any car can tow it.

the 13 pin is better as its only one lead going from the trailer to the car and the 13 pin twists and locks into the socket so it cant wobble and short and cant get water in it either, the caravan we will be building will have the 13pin aswel, you can buy adaptor that goes from two 7 pins to one 13pin..
should be smart behind the zuk when painted red and im thinking of doing the lid black when i build it.. and im hoping the wheels are suzuki fitment lol..

well they only looks small so im hoping they are zuk fitment but if not then not a problem really, they are 16" wheels so most likely landy fitment, but i dont think ill change the wheels anyway, but whel i eventually get my new wheels, hopefully either 8 spokes or modulars all get two for the trailer so they match..

Trailers only have one lead anyway and i run 1000's of mile a week with 7pin cables on the wagon. No issues at all.
Personal preference i suppose.

haha yep every time i see a lorry that looks similar to yours i think to myself "is that jordi" haha, its just easier with one lead more than anything i suppose, just been having a think and when i finish do the trailer i think i may need a large suzuki sticker to go on the back of it and a SCUK sticker for it lol..

Looks good you better wiring lights on the back they look better then a trailer bored bolted on the back. Also I think you would be better with 7pin plug imo. Anyways good luck.

the light board is only to get it home, i dont want to be sitting in somones front garden working on the trailer lol, just going to bolt the board to the trailer and plug it in, then bring it home and put the lights on the actual trailer instead of them being on the board..

those wheels look like the old style, factory standart lj wheels to me. I got one, also in 16", and it looks identical
