so i have got a brake servo that was listed on ebay as being from an SJ410, i will need a master cylinder for it aswel but from what i can see it needs a spacer to keep the servo away from the bulkhead and away from the heater valve, so basically if you have a brake servo please take a couple of pics of how it is fitted please, this would help me alot, if i can get a few pics of a few diferent peaples servos that would be better...

thanks...

Is it a girling or a lucas?

Sure my Jap samurai has a lucas that fits almost flat against the bulkhead.

The spanish sammi i'm breaking has a girling which has a "neck" on it and spaces it approx 4" off the bulkhead.

Can't get pictures till i'm home again, sure the others will post pics up soon though.

I made a Lucas servo and master cylinder out of a vit fit mine, was pretty much a case of enlarging the hole in the bulkhead, drilling two new mounting holes trimming a few bits off the pedal assembly to get easier access to those bolts to tighten them and then moving the heater valve. All simple stuff ;)

I've got a girling one and can't see what I'm supposed to bolt it to if the spacer goes against the bulk head?
