It could be the easiest you are looking for is a 12.50, smaller are not easy to get hold of.

for a 10j rim I will say 12.50 and no smaller you can you put a 10.50 on a 10j but be prepared for it to come of the rim at times also they can be a bitch to mount on the rim aswell

Right I have had a proper look at my wheels and it turns out they're 8j wheels, should they have 255's on them? I'm looking at fitting 235's as they're cheaper and the zuk might not slide so much with thinner tyres on..

255 or 265 or 10.50 usually go on an 8" rim.
235s are a bit narrow and would normally be on a 6.5 or 7.5 rim. Think Twiss has his fitted on standard pepper pots with no problems.

Depending on your spring condition 235/75s may foul on the bulkhead seams. Not sure aboutnthe bumper ends.
You would need a smaller profile like a 235/65/15 (if there is such a size)
