here is what me and my apprentice did today. i started witha very rusty standard looking van and now i have a stripped van ill upload more pics as it come together

If I was u I would cut the whole sill out and weld in some 4x4 box section as the sills
It is a bit wierd where sjs rust too as I havnt even touched my sills as the are spot less but there was like 5 holes in the roof and arches where hanging

beleive it or not this ALOT better than my old one lol. gonna box the sills for certain just wish the rain would sod off
