Basically I have oil all round my diff drain plugs so I need to get some new washers for them but don't know where I can get them from? While I'm at it I'll get washers for the gearbox and tbox..

I'm sure mine are taper plugs so don't have washers, they just tighten on the taper.

Motor factors.

Take down your plugs or get the sizes. My local independent factors has loads of stock.

Can't you re temper them with a blowtorch? Not that it matters to me, I have a difflock.com easy oil change plug in mine, it makes an oil change really easy!

I can't really take the plugs out as I need the zuk to get to work and back, anyone know if there are magnetic plugs for the diffs and gearbox? I've got one for the sump and that came with a washer..

Engine normally has a cooper washer on the sump. This should be replaced every time you take the sump bolt off.

Is the sump plug - I probably wouldn't advise this if you off-road a lot as you can see how low it hangs down, but for me and my on road miles it's great, it comes with

You remove the knurled cap off the sump plug, then you screw the tube section on to the sump plug (on the caps thread) it pushes the middle section of the sump plug up which is a taper fitting, that means you can just crack it and a tiny amount will come out, or you can screw it fully up the threads and it's like removing the plug completely, the best thing about this is you don't get oily hands changing the oil!
