hi youall

just a thought but what do you do if you break the SJ halfway down your favourite green lane and its something that you cant fix there and then...................

I have breakdown cover a but I doubt they will drive up the rough lane to attend...and if you bust the suspension....deep agro

I go out alone (nobby no mates) because I cant be arsed waiting for other people and its a serious problem if your left stranded....I guess a long walk recovery to home to get parts to fix and then back ...long walk...then discover you still cant fix it !

You're from Luton aren't you? Where do you lane?

I think its one of those things that you just have to figure out when it happens.
You could carry basic spares but id bet the bit that breaks is the bit
You won't have spares for.

Generally you don't go alone. That's about all you can do or get top notch breakdown cover. Some will get you where ever you are.

Even with all the spares in the world breakdowns aren't always repairable at the side.of the road.

I go out on my own. Just make sure I have my phone and 12v charger and know someone is available if I need.
