So after driving the zuk 140 miles down here to Kettering I had the awkward dilemma of where to put my arm that's a comfortable position but didn't succeed at finding a comfortable place, unless it open the window which it gets a bit on the cold side driving at 50 down the m6 at night,

So had anyone made an armrest that makes a comfortable place for your arm on long distance drives?

Any ideas will help, I want to keep the zuk so I I can make her more comfortable on long drives then I'll be more likely to upgrade the engine and keep her..

Pop up to your local scrap yard

Have a look at what you can make fit. Most old cars the handle/armrest a separate
Items

Like old fiestas and mx5s

I've developed a new driving position for the winter months when I can't have my elbow hanging out the window; I have my palms up with my index and middle fingers round the back of the steering wheel at about 5 and 7 o'clock.

Does anyone else drive with their left foot up on the
Gearbox tunnel on longer drives?

Might have to pop down the scrap yard and have a look, over thing to do is make a cover to go over the metal bit between the door card and window, might be able to make something on there, hmm..
