Wet feet.

Heater is full of water and can hear it go through the fan every time I turn a corner.

Comes out as a nice mist onto my feet.

Drain holes for vent below screen are clear. (Poured a kettle of water through there and watched it drain out.)

Screen isnt leaking.

Any ideas.

I'v got a similar problem with puddles of water appering in the footwells every time it rains, but never had any water in the heater. Are you sure the heater matrix isnt leaking?

Pretty sure. For the volume of water I would have noticed the loss of coolant. The first time this happened it filled both wells about 2cm deep within the first few big corners.

I did think that perhaps the very heavy rain we've had filled the heater intake quicker than it could drain out however having poured water through it seems to get out of there pretty damn quick.

I've been getting wet feet worse that usual too. I know I've got some coming ion through the screen but I don't think this much I've had recently could get around the screen.

Ive got quite a bit of water coming into mine but I think its mostly because of the mangled windscreen surround!
Finally finished tidy my garage so now have all my tools and enough room to get the truck inside to change the screen for my better one (supplied by andyrew of course :) )
