just jesting :lol: i dont have a CB (or an sj either come to think of it) but i'll get one when i get one and put it in it. the box at the top is the SWR meter level thingy, stick the aerial in the back of that... i cant remember how to set it up but there be a guide somewhere oh, and turn it off ch...

id say yes, windscreen is a no no for anything but glass.

perspex also scratches easily and doesnt reflect light (i.e. the sun) as well as glass causing potential visibility hazards.

Any benefit to reversed wheels??? they seem to make the track wider, i suppose theres no issues with them?

pretty sure plastic windscreen is illegal as its not to glass spec should you crash, i dont know whats worse in being thrown out the window with force or hitting a sheet of plastic in force :shock:

ebay. maplins sell them if you have one local.... also depends on what type you want :lol: you can get one with a fitting kit to have periminantly on the car like this, drill a hole somewhere in the roof/bonnet or whereever http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Flat-Surface-Mount-Kit-and-Large-Small-CB-Radio-Antenn...

thats a standard CB aerial socket, every aerial cable should have one of the opposite bits on the end. stick the pin in the middle and screw on tight :)

this is a random image i found, the aerial socket is the round bit in the middle. if yours doesnt have one like that, ive no idea how you plug it in :shock:
