Last one I brought was from monsoon, the one in my avatar, was never a tight fit but that might have been because of the internal cage making things difficult

Hello, without hearing it, it’s going to be hard to diagnose. Could be any number of things, clutch release bearing, alternator or any bearings.

I've also got a similar issue on my 1.9 ddis 2011 gv but the 'water in fuel' light is now staying on constantly. I've drained the filter but nothing fixes it. No codes that I can see. I'm assuming it's the sensor but been quoted £160 by suzuki for that. Its not doing many miles because of lockdown....

Stick with the f10, keep it original

Sorry mate I have no idea, all I know is we have a Jimny in the family and that has had the problem a couple of times. I suppose you could try the old way and pull each lead in turn when it’s having the problem
