That's kind of my thinking, I'm not trying to make it sonit doesn't break, I just don't want it to break shafts as they are expensive Diffs I can deal with as there cheap and I can build and replace them, I can't machine shafts ! I'm hoping it will at least sort things for a short while, we shall see

I'm not on Facebook as I think it's making the human race stupid, I much prefer forums, difflock years ago was so good, I just don't think many people are active suzuki people therefore don't have a great deal to post about? Cheap cheap option is for free wheeling Hubs if you aready don't have them, and fit a lunchbox style auto locker, Offroad there great, on road there not great so you just flick your Hubs off and your back too 2wd. Same theory to weld the diff, but makes turning tricky whilst in mud and pretty much a...

So sent them bits to machine shop to be shadow graphed

Basicly measured then transferred into wire erosion machine

Flange and diff side gear machined out and this is the result

Morning boys I know the forum is dead and not many people reply in this section any more but il keep posting help the cause ! Right so rear axle, need boggers shafts, limited by space and parameters I have. So I went and bought a anus £206 ! Then took a diff out, so machine shop could copy the splin...

Yeh coils are good but has taken something away from the car

Rear axle I'm having a hybrid setup all being machines ATM

Basically Dana 30 style size

We shall see how it goes

Sunday morning me and mrs went for a play loaded up and went to a play day !

Only for a couple of hours, then went home.

Over the coming weeks going to remove rear axle and start somthing radical !

If the options there fit toyota axles, that my opinion from using my truck in challenges and actually abusing components. There's even more parts for Toyota axles than suzuki axles, I wish I fitted them to mine when I had it coiled.

Little and large the other Saturday, looking like that my off-roader looks ridiculously big. had a chance to swap fucked cv joints on my spares half shafts, need to fit these then check Ines that I'm currently running, one was seized so hard I couldn't steer !
