Check all UJ bolts are tight. Even if they are whip off the props and check every UJ. Check transfer box mounts...are those bolts tight too?

And now unchuffed. The tbox bolts carried on undoing themselves. Been under the truck now so many times I've lost count but the problem has been found. As far as I know you don't have to tell them anything. After all you're just modifying the body not the chassis. As long as the rear tyres are covered with mudguards or the trayback itself. I modded my vit to a pick up and didn't even contemplate contacting the DVLA!

Some cracking news. My truck is fixed! Turns out there are four bolts on one side of the transfer case but I couldn't see them as the chassis rail was hiding them. I had a think about that problem so last years insurance renewal I got them to add windscreen cover for an extra tenner...let them find me one lol.

Original wheels are hard to come by but eBay Germany and Austria seem to sell almost every LJ part. At a price! New wings are available there too.
