its had oil and filter change, im going to do plugs and leads tomorrow, see how that goes, i hope it helps

hey guys, I bought a 413 sammie with a webber carb on it, it feels very slow and doesnt seem to have any torque, like at all, it was like it when i bought it but now im thinking its not normal, i can not get more than 50mph anywhere and going up a light hill i may even need 3rd gear!! Any advise wha...
