£40 for a sj sounds like a cracking deal. Presume it was rather rotten.
That was 12yrs ago.....scrap value at the time......took longer to drag it out the nettles and brambles than it did to weld it up and get a ticket on it :D

This is my current SJ....she's got a 2" shackle lift, other than that....she's standard.

I wish I had taken pictures of them all or even made a note of all the registrations.......I know I scrapped 9 of them as they where broke for parts.... I used to buy one and run it, and when a mot failure came up used to buy it to keep the other one going i currently had on the road... My very firs...
