Muddyzook sell heavy duty bearing retainers, also sell split ones making bearing changes even easier. The thin 4mm spacer goes on first, taper to the wheel end of the shaft, then bearing then locking collar. cheers mate.,i just bought the plates from muddyzook. thanks for you help., its much apprec...

Doh ! hello gents, where do i get the square retaining plate as mine seems to be slightly oval.!! and whilst im in full retard mode , does the spacer supplied with my bearing go on first.,? i can't tell because what was left of the old bearing is half way down the axle in a million bits.! luckily no...

Half way down the first page of this link are the bearing and seal details. http://forum.suzukiclubuk.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=2801 The bearings are 6207, but there are other bits needed also, seal retainer etc... There are loads of bearings on eBay thanks mate.,ill get what details i need fr...

Are they actually called half shaft bearings as ive been all over flea bay and all i can find is wheel bearings.,?

thanks for all the replies , we've had a look at the pictures and my mate has a press in his work shop so all i gotta do is get a bearing from somewhere and well have a go at it at the weekend.!!

If you are still on drum brakes, remember to fit the back plate BEFORE the new bearing :S Surely no one has ever made such an elementary mistake!? Yea remember that dude, it's a major ball ache trying to remove a new bearing with out a tool and not damage it! lol., ill pass that on to whoever i get...

cheers gentlemen., ive got rear discs. i only found out when i changed the pads which were almost non existent.!

What the hell are you planning on doing in your run about that standard axles won't stand up to? Standard axles are good for up to 31s if driven will a little respect. You can even get away with 33s if you don't go hard on it. aha , that opens up a kettle of fish for me then., ive got 33s on mine a...
