Re: Leather straps in rear footwells
Thanks for the replies. Yes they're still intact - The zuke is in really good condition and I don't think it has done much work. I'll check the seats soon for white bobbly bits!!!

Leather straps in rear footwells
Does anyone know what these straps are for? They're about a foot long (one on each side) and only one end is screwed into the side of the rear footwell behind the driver and passengers doors. The other end is flapping loose but looks as though there is a slit in it to fix to something... They are fi...

Re: 413 won't start when it's raining...
Cheers Chan - the washer hose has popped off the screen jet recently - that could be causing problems but I don't think it's the reason for not starting cos the other day when it hadn't been raining it started on the first try!!! I will sort it though and also check for other water under there... Mu...

Be gentle with me cos I don't know a great deal about electrics etc... Thanks in advance. P.S. My anus is having an identity crisis. It ...

Re: headlight bulbs
I went to Carquip in Keynsham (Nr Bristol) and told them my standard lights (large round bulbs)are crap and they gave me the equivalent version in halogen (55/60w). They're quite a bit better but still not awesome - Spotlights here I come...!

Me too, Bristol born and bred! - The wheel trims were the first thing I yanked off as soon as I got home, then the stickers, then got some mud on it!!!! That was so that it didn't look too girly in red and white!!! I want a nice chunky bumper in black but can't afford one at the mo... The Wellers/MT...

Re: Hello from Bath
I'm from out that way too - My SJ is standard apart from a set of Colway MT's and a hardtop - I only do gentle greenlanes so don't think I'll go all out with the mods - Axle breathers and a snorkel are on my list but first I think I need some better lights!!!!! I'm looking for a 4 spot lightbar to s...
