Hi There, am having trouble with my fuel injection engine revving up and down on idle so thought I would replace the throttle position sensor for a start. How much was a tank guard? Mine is pretty rusty too, where's the best place to get a new one and not cost the earth? Doesn't have to be heavy duty as I'll probably never go offload!!!

Thanks for that, I should have explained properly, I was on about the inside of the tank!! I've seen it done a lot on motorbike tanks and wondered if anyone has done it on an SJ or does it even need it? The inside of the tank looks bare to me but probably with some sort of coating for transportation...

Thanks all, need another shopping spree!! Why all the different sizes I wonder? Would the flow of petrol be affected using different sized bores? I'll just use 8mm from front to back...

What size diameter fuel line please?
HI All, Just got a new tank/pump etc and measured the diameter of the existing fuel line and it is 7mm, all the ones I've found online are 6mm or 8mm, which size should I get? I'm going to get braided hose too from front to back so any recommendations would be great please... Thank you....

Ace, thanks so much for your replys guys, think I'll get some braided pipe from front to back then. That's the tank I'm getting from India Scottie only with all the other bits too, at least I know they'll fit if they are from the same place!! Hopefully!! Will let you know how I get on...
