Link to a rebuild project

I also frequent the MIG welding forum. There is a thread about a Vitara rebuild that is interesting and I thought I'd share the link. None of my work and I don't know the forum member. http://www.mig-welding.co.uk/forum/threads/suzuki-vitara-restoration.72054/ Maybe it's someone who's on here too? A...

Re: Samurai

Welcome to SCUK. As Scottie says, good luck, original good condition SJs are rare. Few exist but people seem to think they are worth a lot more than they actually are. Very true, and I lived in Yorkshire and now Scotland where pockets are deep and arms are short. But, what it's worth is more about ...

Re: Hi from a new proxy member....

Hi, welcome :welcome: I have an older 2010 Grand Vitara. I used a mirror mount dash cam and fed the cable behind the trim and across under the glove box. I've just plugged into one of the two lighter sockets as these are only live when the ignition is on. I was tempted to tap into the cables feeding...

Re: Number Plate

Not sure how to fix that. Behind the plastic cover is this.. I'd have thought just screwed to the plastic it would wobble about. It may be possible to drill right through and bolt but would probably need little spacers between the metalwork and plastic cover, not too difficult though. That's a seri...

Not my taste

Saw this and had a giggle. No doubt the image has been here before. No speed bumps in Japan then?
