The Vitara does hold its money well but an option could be the S-Cross Allgrip. Thank you both for the comment on the SJ, as I mentioned it is a rolling restoration as I try to rectify 35 years of people not fitting the correct parts so I am trying to get it as close to what it was from the factory, even the 215/75R15 BFG's are being replaced with the oe size 195R15 You can see...

A few guys on www.vivavitara.com have had the DDIS recall ECU flash and all appears well

Basically Suzuki sourced the 1.6 DDIS engine from Fiat who have allegedly been found out to not have the emissions they claimed so this new ECU update makes everything well in the world
