Are there any good guides available to rebuild a 1990 Aisin Carb, or any recommendations for a company to service them?

Good idea but not original then and I love originality. Condition wise there is not much in it. In fact the running gear is tidier on the 95 than the 90. Ha ha yes I could do but I only need one. I had planned to keep both at one point, but I have enough old cars... It's really tough. I quite like the 90 in a way. The 4 spoke steering wheel and it looks a little more original SJ. The later car with the metal arches and new grill is not as nice lookin...

Does anyone supply the metal bracket that is spot welded to the sill - the ones that the plastic sill covers clips on to and is then held on with plastic rivets.

Was it an option to have carpet in Samurai's?

Sometimes they have the grey coarse carpet and sometimes the grey vinyl. But it does not seem to be year related.

Please can anyone tell me what metal thickness the Samurai floor is as I need to weld up a few areas in the rear.

Also can you buy the metal flare that sits under the plastic arches (not the one on the body itself)
