Thanks Mate does sound like its the noise of it rattling on the side. Its running ok, but suppose it can only get worse.
Stupid question, but will I have to take the Rad off to get to the bolts ?
It actually sounds a lot louder on the Vid then when your there listening to it.

Took me a good 15 minuets this morning to get it warmed, It will start all day now unless I leave it for a few hours. Anyway changed filter and there is still stuff coming through in to new one, I flushed / filtered tank out a dozen times untill nice clean petrol was coming out. Where the Hell is it...

Just another thing, My choke will close on its own slowly when I let go of it, is this normal or should it stay out untill I push it back in ??

Once warmed a bit you knock the choke off and it should run as normal. It's only the drag link that is a Z bar, a new tie rod can be used with his Z bar. Only one rod can be changed on the tie, unfortunately its the opposite end to the one you need. You will need to run the Z bar with spoa (or you can convert to a much better high steer set up) The first link i gave y...
