Re: Recommendations for lift
As mines a long wheel base it says to get the heavy duty rears however mines going to be empty at the back and won't be a load carrier just an off road toy, thinking of trying the medium duty ones, I've been informed if I need to I can add another leaf later. Glad to hear the rides still good though...

Re: Recommendations for lift
I think for now I've decided to go with some 3" old man emu springs new extended shocks and a 2" body lift, seems to be the simplest way to achieve what I want.
I'm guessing it may be worth fitting extended brake lines but if I don't go for hi steer will I need to change the pitman arm?

Recommendations for lift
New to Suzuki's, I'm just starting my project on my samurai lwb. Looking to gain a bit of ground clearance for some green Laning and off road days, presently completely standard on some pretty sorry flat looking springs and looking for knowledge on the way to go.

Re: New member just starting lwb project
Really can't make my mind up at the moment if I'm going to stay original with a lift and just improve it or turn it into a pick up.

New member just starting lwb project
Just purchased my first ever samurai a lwb 1991, has a fair bit of rust and general neglect but hoping to do a sort of resto/mod as I go. If I ever work out how to add photos will
