sorry for a late reply on this thread but just seen it now.... the cv's on a Zook shaft CAN be separated from the shaft.... they just take a bit of persuasion... ones from a Spanish built vehicle come off slightly easier than a jap... jap built can be a real struggle.... but its definitely possible....

cant help with any of the measurements im afraid... just gonna have to be a case of measure and measure again... ALWAYS bolt a cage to the chassis... its pointless bolting it to the body.. cause more damage than help... finally - make sure you have plenty of triangulation in it.. dont want a cage th...

nice bit of welding ;) i know just how bad the bodywork is to weld with! so i certainly dont envy how much work you've had to do to that!

if both ends have a hoop fitting rather than a pin fitting, i would say its most probably a yes for them fitting. i cant see them being that different in size....

wheels wont fit - different stud pcd axles arent the strongest, but might be strong enough on a zook - BUT the diff is on the "wrong" side for a zook t-case.... get the rear springs off and they can be put on your zook with a fair bit of modification (theyre very long, but ould give nice r...

make sure you dont just get normal bolts :s the studs themselves have proper locking things on em to stop em spinning in the holes...


but to answer the question theyre M12x1.25 :P

i second that... get onto nigel head.. he's the guy who did it for me when i made that write up.. nice guy, and real good to deal with. workmanship is top notch! remember to put an extended breather on the t-case before you put it back together.. i didnt on my first one and killed it with water ingr...
