yeah they do this its to compasate for the alternater to add charge to the bat when lights,heater is on you can stop it by a wire on the inlet manifold i think its the green 1

what was the landing like?

also what brakes are you using in rear? if they are the same size as the front 1's or bigger then the rear will do all the braking first if this is the case then you need to put a bias vavle in the rear brake line then adjust it so the front lock up first and as scottie says def not sitting right on...
