Laser thermometer? Pretty sure they can be had on ebay for £5-10.

Otherwise, you could wire up a remote thermometer and see if it agrees with the temp guage.

Yes, from a Wrangler YJ. You also need the brackets etc to move the spring perches.

You're not being a pain. ;) The Samurai is a distinct model from the 413 and the 410, has slightly different parts. If you want better ride quality, then you need to either install better springs (j33p YJ leaf springs) or take your leaf packs out, and line them with UHMWPE tape. Installing YJ spring...
