Re: Addiction
Nice mods on the Vitara! I wanted to buy one a few years back but they seem to hold their money really well! So they were a bit over what I wanted to spend. Would still like one some day.

Re: Addiction
Really nice collection!
Love the SJ.
Is the Vitara a 1.4 boosterjet? Any good off-road?

Re: My Samurai
Always liked the vans. Looks spot on Cheers, she's not show room but she looks good if you stand back a bit! 😁 Just a pity about that dent in the left rear quarter, I need to get that straightened out sometime. On the fuelling issues, I still have intermittent flooding happening! 😬 Drove fine for a...

Re: Suzuki diesel recall......?
I don't have a modern Suzuki and I know nothing about their newer engines but it does sound suspicious!
I'd be tempted to dig a little deeper and try and find out what the actual upgrades are before letting them touch your car. Although getting a straight answer may well be a challenge!

Re: New member first post

Guess you will need a new battery for starters or at least jump leads to turn it over. Any fuel that's in there will be junk. You'll need t...

Re: My Samurai
Oh and the dashpot fluttering has cured itself too, I reckon the excess fuel pressure was actually pushing it up and causing the fluttering.

Re: My Samurai
So I've opted to fit a malpassi fuel pressure regulator in the end. Set to just over 2psi and she's running loads better.
Pulls much better. Still a bit of fine tuning to be done, a friend has an AFR sensor so I'll give that a go some day to dial in the fuelling as best I can.

Bit of metal off the back end. A plasma cutter would have been a real luxury compared to my 4.5" grinder!
