Re: 1.6 8V into SJ

I'd definetly not do that! I'd prefer not to use a grinder at all!

1.6 8V into SJ

Hi guys, I've got most of the bits to fit a 1.6 engine into my Santana, now it's just a case of putting it together! Hopefully Monday. I still need to get a radiator and a starter motor. I already know where to get a radiator, but my question is, what starter motor do i get? Most referances i see si...

Re: Huw's '89 SJ 410

Well over the last week I've managed to do a bit on the SJ. the head was taken off in and it all seemed good. The rest of the engine was then taken out, put on a stand and drained of oil. There after running the oil through a sieve, no bits of metal were found. So the engine was "Flushed" ...

Re: Huw's '89 SJ 410

To be honest, I forgot I had this thread! But the fastback roof hasn't materialised, I've just bought a donor SJ to put a commercial body on my chassis. But... I have some bad news. At approximately 0714 this morning, on the A487 near Penmorfa, G399 PKR died. Which was a bit inconvenient as I was on...

Suzuki SJ Body mount rubbers.

Hi guys, I'm currently welding up a donor SJ Utility body to fit onto my current SJ. I want to swap the body over in as little time as possible as the SJ is my only means of getting about. So I want everything ready for when I swap it. My question is, I've had a look at the Polyurethane body mount k...

Transfer box Oil Seal

Hi guys, Can anyone give me the size for the rear oil seal on a SJ 410 transmission box (Handbrake end). My one has leaked and now the handbrake is getting lubricated! I's like to replace it with a genuine Suzuki part, but I haven't got enough time. The MOTs only due Friday, and it's all gone wrong!...

Re: Santana Fusebox

Going by this santana diagram http://forum.suzukiclubuk.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=2097 we have this Thanks, That is very helpful! It's also very interesting, my fuse box/panel/board thing, has the same 'burn' marks on the white connector. When I bought it, the 15Amp (blue) fuse above it was me...
