See if i can get it fitted and the rest of the exhaust rebuilt for the trip down south in June.

Re: Mystery boltheads in diff.
Unlikely they have been put in there deliberately, that would be utter stupidity.
Sadly i’d say something in the diff isn’t as well bolted together anymore as it was originally.
Probably worth stripping the diff for a look inside, i know i would be.

Depends what you bought?
Got pictures?
Original was all metal with vertical lats.
Later versions were a metal surround with plastic grill.

I would think any of the many vinyl sticker/ car wrapping places could match the originals for you.

Re: SJ 410/413 front grill
Depends what kind of grill.
The original metal grill with the vertical slots? Or a plastic grill?
They are all interchangeable with a varying levels of work.

Re: Replacing Decals
The decals are a nightmare to get off.
Hair dryer / heat gun, try and warm the glue up and peel off with a sharp scraper.

Failed first MOT. Too loud, worn steering joint.
Added an extra silencer, tightened up the steering joint. MOTd today, good to go!
