Have you confirmed that it is faulty?

Re: White smoke on start up overfueling
No point in rebuilding the carb if you're burning coolant.

Re: Grand vitara G16b engine ignition timing
The monitor coupler should be there but won't have so many wires in it if its an OBD2 vehicle, personally I just use the scan tool to fix the timing. I would have to check the schematic for the GV, some versions of the distributorless G series engines have a resistor to tweak the timing to allow for...

Re: High RPM's from start up, 1300 fuel injected model
There is no auto-choke.
Check all the vacuum lines and check for leaks around the intake manifold. Pay particular attention to the vacuum pipes going to the throttle opener at the back of the throttle body, it should only be engaged on initial start up.

Re: Electronic transfer case problems...
Check the wiring at the rear of the transfer case, it does sometimes get damaged if you don't have a bash plate. I had similar issues with mine which I resolved by cleaning the contacts on that connector. I swapped the vacuum hubs for manual hubs.

Re: weird problem with TPS
I think its unlikely to be a TPS problem, its more likely to be a badly routed throttle cable or carbon build up in the intake.

Re: Electronic transfer case problems...
Thanks ADMIN to delete my VIN (JSAFJB43V........), I didn't realize my mistake. I checked with some VIN DECODERS, and guess my car is JB43 like is writhed in my VIN? And the year is V = 2000? Alex. The online VIN decoders are usually for US cars, the international standard VIN has no year code - in...

Re: Changing to a 12V Coil (SJ410)
The resistor lowers the voltage by being connected in parallel with the coil. In series I think it will just get hot. Surely its connected in series with the dizzy to drop the voltage to 9V, its then bypassed during starting to increase voltage to the coil. Personally I'd go with the 413 setup to g...
