Re: 2013 SCUK Meet?
its a citroen lol and last year his wheel did come off doing 50mph on the a13 home haha! Citroen? White one? Sounds about right. I think they slept in it! And yeah, the A13 - I think that was on the way home from Essex offroad. His passenger side seatbelt had come off that day too - something tells...

Re: 2013 SCUK Meet?
Ill call them in the next few days and find out a few details, don't really want somewhere that we can't have a campfire or drinks, that would suck! Well, when the HPOC boys hired it (ask 4x3 steve about it, he organised it all last time) we put up a barn sized gazebo (in the rain) and had a bonfir...

Re: Vitara caliper - smaller than the standard SJ caliper!
Well, I decided to shove what I have on my SJ, drive to a road near me that leads nowhere, has no houses on it, and therefore tends to be very, VERY quiet, and see what happens when I jam my foot on the brakes. I've ordered an adjustable brake bias valve too, but to use that requires I rework the br...

Re: Vitara caliper - smaller than the standard SJ caliper!
I did some research into this, looking into vehicles that come from the factory with discs on all corners, and found that most are much, much more biased toward the front brakes than I realised. For example, a Defender 90 with rear discs has the same size pisons front and rear, but it has single pis...

Re: Tom's 85' SJ413 Build- Starting again!
I think that, if I ever finally manage to get mine roadworthy again, I'll have to swap in electric fans like those. Where'd you get 'em?
And did you ever paint those shocks???

Vitara caliper - smaller than the standard SJ caliper!
Heya, peeps. I bought some vit calipers on ebay a while ago - 4 of 'em, for about £30ish. Not complete, but I made a full set and kept the rest for parts. New pads, and just ordered new seals etc from brakes international. The issue is, according to brakes international, the "upgraded" cal...
