Re: Trouble
Could be the distributor oil seal, a common failing. Also I'd get rid of the K&N and put on a genuine Suzuki filter.

Re: Decisions - Vitara / Sportage / Tucson - Family Car
One thing no one mentions. The name 'Suzuki'. Resale time you'll get a hell of a lot more for a Vitara than a Kia or Hyundai. Even without that factor it is a bit of a no brainer. Would you really want a Kia parked on your drive. Would you want a Hyundai parked anywhere near your house?

Re: WHEEL SPACERS?
I have no idea what BONOSS is but the spacers I use are LA Supertrux ones. Made from billet ally they are light and strong...but nor cheap. Grayson spacers, on the other hand, are cheap and don't fit very well!

Re: Rusty body mounts
If it's only an advisory I'd try to clean them up with a Dremel or something similar, coat it all in rust killer afterwards, then underseal.

Re: E10 Fuel?
Nice one! Ethanol is a killer for older engines. Fuel lines especially. Carbs get bunged up. On bikes it's a nightmare as it eats anything plastic (so some petrol tanks can't be used). It also eats tank liners. Amazingly my 2003 Yaris can't use it either. Can't see the point of it at all.

Deffo get a spare wheel. Those inflating spray cans do work but not if your tyre is shredded. I'd try eBay, failing that, Suzuki UK.

Good luck with it! Looks like a little bit of work to do...but well worth it.
